SCORE Los Angeles presents a free workshop on Restaurant Startup Essentials on Saturday, October 28, 2017, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, in the Main Library’s Multipurpose Room, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.

Thinking of pursuing your dream of opening a restaurant? Or are you a new restaurateur, wanting to expand your operation? Restaurant consultant and SCORE Los Angeles business mentor Greg McNally teaches the basics of starting a restaurant, from concept development to financing. Learn about industry-specific challenges, as well as valuable resources and tools to help you succeed.

This workshop is part of Santa Monica Eats!, the Santa Monica Public Library’ six-week series of programs and displays exploring the food culture of Santa Monica. For a complete list of programs, see: smpl.org/santamonicaeats.

Programs are free and open to the public. Space is limited and on a first arrival basis.
