What’s more fun than summer at the Beach House? Do a lot or do a little!
Get active: Try one of our summer-inspired classes! BOGAFiT on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8:15 p.m. is a dynamic way to exercise on a floating platform in the pool. Drop-in Ultimate Frisbee on Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., gives ultimate players of all levels a chance to play in the sun and sand. Try standup paddleboarding or synchronized swimming with the Aqualillies. There’s volleyball for all ages, and yoga. Classes not your thing? Try slackline, beach volleyball and soccer, rent a paddleboard, or jump on a Breeze bike. The Game Room is free with ping-pong, board games and some big games.
Kick back: Lounging by the pool is always a good bet. June 10 through Labor Day, the pool is open seven days a week. Daily passes go on sale at 9 a.m. each morning. Pool fees are $10/adults, $5/senior adults (age 60+) and $4/youth (age 1-17). Mondays, excluding Labor Day, is Half Price Monday at the pool, and there are free Monday Fun Day activities from noon to 4 p.m. (excluding 9/4).
Experience history: Inspired by the historic Beach House vibe? Step into the Marion Davies Guest House and discover the rich history of the Beach House with a Santa Monica Conservancy docent.
A free escape: There is no charge to visit the Beach House. Spend time at the courtyard, view deck or the sand with an assortment of tables, chairs, umbrellas, canopies and picnic tables. Little ones love the playground and splash pad.
