Roughly 1,000 People Attend No Kings March in Santa Monica

Roughly 1,000 people gathered at Palisades Park for a march down Ocean Avenue as part of the No Kings Day protests that took part across the county on Saturday, October 18. The event incliuded a handful of speakers and a voter registration drive. The event itself, one day after an ICE raid at a local car wash, was intended to send a message to the federal government that it does not approve of the actions of President Donald Trump.

NBC 4’s helicopter caught overhead shots of the march, one of the largest in Southern California, and posted the following news story later in the evening.
