Homeowners Could See Water Rates Increase by Almost $20 a Month: The SaMo City Council will consider significant changes to both water rates and zoning regulations at its Tuesday meeting, with residents potentially facing substantial increases in their water bills over the next five years. Santa Monica Eases Regulations to Boost Local Businesses in Time for March Madness: This SaMo.gov post details how the City has temporarily suspended several restaurant regulations to support local economic recovery and assist businesses still facing impacts from the January wildfires.
