OPA Heal the Bay Beach Clean-Up THIS Sunday July 28: The event run 10am – 12pm, starting at Tower 26 (end of Ocean Park Blvd at the beach). All needed supplies are provided. Parents, students, families and neighbors are all welcome. Email Dave Tann with questions.

CERT Training Enrollment Opportunity: The City of Santa Monica’s Office of Emergency Management is offering Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training over 3 consecutive Saturdays in Fall 2024. You must attend all 3 dates in order to receive CERT certification. They are 9/7, 9/14, and 9/21. To apply for this CERT Training, email OEM@santamonica.gov by August 7, and include: Full Name (First and Last), Email Address, Primary Phone Number. The first 30 sign-ups will be accepted. CERT training is free, and open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives or works in SaMo.
