- SaMo Police Department: Here’s the video of their discussion that included sharing stats on car break ins and bike thefts over the past month. They encouraged all residents to register their bikes in this Bike Index program because it helps aid recovery of bikes and in prosecution.
- Allen Issagholian, Street Services Superintendent, discussed Copper Wire Theft and encouraged the community to report issues to 311 because that’s how they can catch perpetrators and fix problems. If you see questionable activity near an electrical box in real time, call 911. Video link here.
- Anuj Gupta, SaMo Department of Transportation Director: Here’s the video link for his discussion of the City’s “Vision Zero” plans that includes eliminate 100% of serious vehicular injuries, City goals for public transit to be all electric by 2030, what the City is doing to minimize speeding on Neilson Way, how to request new safety measures like additional stop signs, and more.

Status Update on 2601 Lincoln Blvd (“Gelson’s Project”): The City confirmed that “Administrative Approval has been approved. A copy of the determination and final plans can be found here. The next stage of the project will be a formal design review by the Architectural Review Board (ARB). This has been tentatively scheduled for January 29, 2024.”
