Thank You Ted Winterer for Upgrading Your OPA Membership to Gold!!! “Ted Winterer has lived with his family in Ocean Park for 25 years and was a founding member of OPA and its second president. That good trouble led to stints as a Planning Commissioner, Councilmember and Mayor; since being “retired” by the voters he’s stayed involved as co-chair of Community for Excellent Public Schools (CEPS) and sits on the boards of the Main Street Business Improvement Association and the Santa Monica Bay Audubon Society. He hangs his real estate license at Compass at 2115 Main Street, where he provides clients with bespoke service backed by the clout of the top residential brokerage in the nation.” Learn more about him and connect with him at www.compass.com/agents/ted-winterer/

The glass case is filled with croissants, pesto-egg breakfast buns, cinnamon rolls, danishes, and other buttery things. There are also sandwiches and pizzas that you can sit down with on the patio, where the blue tables and red umbrellas could be a subtle reference to the Aussie flag.”
