Next Main St Festival in Less than Two Weeks!
- All weekend of Sept. 9 & 10, Main St. will again be closed to traffic and transformed into a pedestrian plaza from Strand to Hill Streets!
- Saturday Sept. 9 will be a “Day of the Dog” celebration of the extraordinary bond between humans and canines. Expect dog surfing, dog pool party, dog foam party and MUCH more on the street and get to meet local and national pet-related companies, and discover the latest and greatest products from California’s leading pet exhibitors. City Modifies Leaf Blower Ordinance to Allow Zero-Emission Blowers: The City published this statement detailing the new rules that allows leaf blowers a sound rating at or below 70 decibels and enhancing enforcement of the City’s leaf blower policy by allowing community members to submit photo or video evidence of violations to 311.
