Rick Cole will be the third guest on the What’s Next podcast which will be broadcast later this month. Cole is currently the Chief Deputy Controller for the City of Los Angeles and has previously been the city manager for Azusa, Ventura and, most recently, Santa Monica (2015-2020). Cole has also served as Mayor of the City of Pasadena and president of the Congress of New Urbanism.
