Introducing the Airport Lawsuit Page

Date:

Just a quick note. Alert readers will note a change to the top bar with a new link. The new link points to a page full of information about ty of Santa Monica v United States of America, Federal Aviation Administration and Michael P. Huerta in His Official Capacity as Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration filed in United States District Court, Central District of California, October 31, 2013.

The purpose of the page is not advocacy of any sort, just to create an easy-to-update archive of the case and people’s reaction to it as it moves forward. I’ll continue to update the page with primary documents and media coverage as the case moves forward.
