For 30 years, the Santa Monica Pier has hosted free concerts on Thursdays in the summer. Today, the Twilight Concert Series draws thousands from around the region who come to enjoy the bayside city’s beaches while listening to music by the likes of Jimmy Cliff, Ozomatli, and Dick Dale.
