- Santa Monica-Malibu Board of Education (SMMUSD) Candidate Forum (Monday 6:30 – 8:30pm): All four candidates, incumbents Jon Kean, Maria Leon-Vazquez, and Jennifer Smith and challenger Christine Falaguerra are expected to attend the forum hosted by League of Women Voters, Santa Monica Committee for Racial Justice, & SMMUSD Council of Parent-Teacher Organizations. The forum will begin at 6:30 in the SMMUSD District Board Room, District Office, 1717 4th St.
- Coffee with a Cop @ 7-11 (Tuesday 4:30-6:30pm): Join the Santa Monica Police Department for Coffee with a Cop at 7 Eleven, 1600 Santa Monica Blvd, on October 1st.
