This EaterLA article details the much anticipated spot at 2905 Main St. (& Ashland) from the Michelin starred team of “Nancy Silverton, chef Matt Molina (Pizzeria Mozza), and Randy Clement (Silverlake Wine)…Triple Beam is known for its thin Roman-style pizzas that come with toppings like acorn squash, roasted fennel, pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella. The Street Seen – Laundry – Garage – Gone: This week’s post details the history of 2402 – 2412 Main St @ Hollister, where “in 1908, a steam laundry is constructed on the west side of Main St at Hollister. In 1919, the abandoned laundry is converted to an automobile garage. In 1926, the garage is demolished to make way for the widening of Main St.”
