Bruce Lurie Gallery Launches Build 4ward, a New Event Series Focused on Rebuilding the Pacific Palisades Through Art and Design

Date:

The following is a submission from the Bruce Lurie Gallery.

Bruce Lurie Gallery is pleased to present Build 4ward, the inaugural event in a new series that brings together developers, interior designers, architects, and luxury real estate professionals to collaborate on rebuilding and revitalizing the Pacific Palisades. The reception will take place on Thursday, April 24th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the gallery’s newly opened location in Santa Monica.

“After the fires, it’s more important than ever to come together with a shared purpose,” said Bruce Lurie, the gallery’s owner and namesake. “I envision our new space as a design and visual arts hub where creative minds can connect, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful progress in the Palisades community.”

Bruce Lurie Gallery was the only fine arts gallery in the Pacific Palisades until it tragically burned down in the L.A. wildfires, losing most of its collection. Thanks to overwhelming support, including from a fellow Palisades resident who offered Lurie the new space in Santa Monica, the gallery reopened in March, just three months after the fires.

Bruce Lurie Gallery has long been a core part of the Palisades, hosting receptions, comedy shows and even a marriage proposal. The gallery is committed to fostering a thriving arts community in West L.A. and Build 4ward marks the start of a new chapter, where art and design unite to inspire and empower local businesses dedicated to rebuilding the Pacific Palisades.

About Bruce Lurie Gallery: Bruce Lurie Gallery specializes in showcasing emerging to mid-career artists, focusing on cutting-edge pop art, street art, abstract minimalism, photography, and monumental sculpture. The gallery provides expert guidance in acquiring and selling secondary market art collections, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in contemporary art.
