Virtual Community Meeting for Multi-Story Apartment Building at 3205 Ocean Park Blvd. Tomorrow Night (9/24)

Date:

Tomorrow night, the project team for a new mixed use apartment building at 3205 Ocean Park Boulevard, across the street from the Santa Monica Business Park, will hold a virtual community meeting on Zoom at 6:00 p.m. You can join the meeting here.

As proposed, the project is a 4- to 7-story building with a total of 102 residential units, 16 of which will be deed restricted affordable housing. The ground floor will feature approximately 4,250 square feet of floor commercial space and one level of subterranean parking providing a total of 122 parking stalls with electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle parking.

The project requires only ministerial approval as it is consistent with state laws and local zoning. However, the project team hopes to collect feedback and input from surrounding property owners and residents so that any issues raised may be considered before a formal application is submitted to the city. Project representatives such as the owner/developer, architect and consultant will be present to answer any questions.

For more information about the project, and other ways to contact the project team, visit the official website, 3205 Ocean Park Boulevard.
